I am a business owner with a new food concept start-up looking for help after a year in business. I approached Laura to provide help with 2 key areas: 1) Operational procedures 2) Sales growth strategies. Whilst we have a 5 Star Hygiene rating, I had concerns that my health & safety procedures involving record keeping, training and HACCP/Environmental Health may not meet current requirements, and I also needed to give my top line sales a boost after a few months of minimal growth.
I had done some work on our H&S policies however there is such a lot of information available and I wasn’t sure where to focus my attention. With regards to driving sales, I felt I was too close to the business to see what opportunities existed for us.
