With over 16 years of proven success in the hospitality industry, Laura is a no-nonsense, results-driven hospitality consultant dedicated to helping businesses improve operations, profitability, business development, training, HR management, and marketing strategy.
As the founder of a leading hospitality consultancy, Laura’s approach is simple: get results, build stronger businesses, and develop the people behind them.
Her practical, first-hand experience combined with formal qualifications in human resource practices, leadership and management, and learning and development, gives her the tools to deliver real, measurable impact for hospitality businesses of all sizes.
Her work has not only been featured on the BBC, but her interior design and marketing projects have also secured clients’ screen time on shows like TheReal Housewives of Cheshire, further showcasing her ability to build brands that stand out.
Laura is also the host of The Hospitality Hotline: Lessons from 1,000 Calls. A straight-talking podcast where hospitality operators can gain expert insights, hear real-world debates, and tap into the lived experiences of people working across the sector.

Diana leads all of our barista training, bringing real-world experience and a genuine passion for coffee from bean to cup.
Her coffee journey began in 2007 with her first role as a Barista at Costa Coffee. Over the next decade, she built deep expertise in coffee craftsmanship and team training, helping countless teams deliver coffee to the highest standards.
Today, Diana shares that hands-on knowledge with hospitality teams, ensuring they not only understand coffee but can consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. Whether it’s a perfectly poured espresso or a flat white with milk textured to melted-ice-cream perfection (her personal favourite), Diana helps your team master the skills that make a real difference.
