With over 17 years of proven success in the hospitality industry, Laura is a no-nonsense, results-driven hospitality consultant dedicated to helping businesses improve operations, profitability, business development, training, HR management, and marketing strategy.

As the founder of a leading hospitality consultancy, Laura’s approach is simple: get results, build stronger businesses, and develop the people behind them.

Her practical, first-hand experience combined with formal qualifications in human resource practices, leadership and management, and learning and development, gives her the tools to deliver real, measurable impact for hospitality businesses of all sizes.

Her work has not only been featured on the BBC (Tom Kerridge’s Documentary; The Hidden World of Hospitality), but her interior design and marketing projects have also secured clients’ screen time on shows like The Real Housewives of Cheshire, further showcasing her ability to build brands that stand out.

Kate Mosley

HOSPITALITY CONSULTANT

With over a decade of hands-on experience in hospitality, Kate combines creative brand thinking with real operational insight. As the founder of The Garden Eatery and The Little Garden Florist, she has built and run successful hospitality businesses while also launching and managing two food & beverage e-commerce brands, giving her a strong understanding of both physical venues and digital growth.

Kate specialises in social media strategy, brand positioning, and customer experience. She works with businesses to gain a deep understanding of their customer profiles: what drives them, what they value, and what keeps them coming back and uses these insights to shape clear, consistent brand experiences.

From marketing campaigns and social media presence to the in-venue journey, Kate helps hospitality businesses ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand and delivers an experience that builds loyalty and drives growth. Kate supports across multiple areas of the consultancy, bringing strong expertise in hospitality operations and team culture to enhance the service we deliver to our clients.

Alin Sima

BARISTA & CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINER

Alin began his career in 2014 as a barista at Costa Coffee, where he quickly developed a strong passion for coffee and customer service. Progressing through the ranks to Store Manager, he gained hands-on experience across every stage of operations, from front-line service to leading teams and driving performance.

With over a decade of experience in the coffee and hospitality industry, Alin now specialises in barista training, customer service development, and performance improvement through KPI-driven methods. He is focused on developing and upskilling teams, helping them refine their coffee-making skills, master latte art, elevate service standards, and consistently deliver strong commercial results.

Passionate about coffee, its history, and the craft behind it, Alin delivers practical, hands-on training that empowers individuals to become highly skilled baristas while creating exceptional customer experiences.

KYLE-LOMAS MORGAN

OPERATIONS & TECH CONSULTANT 

With years of hands-on experience in hospitality management, Kyle brings a sharp eye for detail and a results-focused approach to operational performance. Having held roles as Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Director for an international brand, he knows the realities of running high-pressure venues and the systems that keep them profitable.

Kyle’s expertise lies in auditing, IT systems, and the numbers that drive decisions, whether that’s EPOS functionality, inventory management, data analysis, or KPI tracking. His real strength is the ability to cut through the noise: track the data, interpret what it actually means, and turn it into clear, practical solutions that improve efficiency and profitability.

Commercially minded and tech-savvy, Kyle has a talent for spotting where operations are leaking money or missing opportunities, and putting straightforward fixes in place. His combination of frontline hospitality leadership and technical know-how makes him a key asset to any hospitality business serious about getting results.
